Astar Hotel - Jeju

Honestly, i almost gave a good review, but then i noticed the dirty carpet and how stuffy my room was. Come on-centralized air-con with no fan option? I woudl ve been more impressed if they upgraded me due to the inconveniences! It's not too much to ask for some basic comfort, is it?

For breakfast they offer coffee and eggs in the restaurant. The units are fancy, great-sized. Excellent location near the sea, it's central.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were reasonably priced, I loved the good and unbeatable location just next door to the main bus station, taxi and various bakeries, cafes and chimek places.

Loved the heated floors, but the mini fridge was warm on arrival.

The place was superior and fairly clean. The very professional staff all round. A nice size and well-equipped unit with a great decor. Free parking inside the hotel provided. Honestly nothing to complain about...

Really enjoyed our room, it was brand-new and a nice size and had a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines and a dining area.

Heated floors in room

The location of the hotel to the city centre, the bus station and the airport were quite good, since the sights are spread over a large area. Breakfast must also be described as very good, varied and tasty.

While the bathroom was well equipped, we expected the 4-star hotel to furnish the room more attractively. Sauna and fitness facilities should also be free of charge.

Very good location, only 300m to the Intercity bus station, but it doesn't make any noise hearable in the hotel. There are rooms to the street and out back. Please ask for the "right" ones. Hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and nice. Breakfast buffet (Continental and Korean) for 12 Euro was very good. Price/performance very good.

Everything is fine

The restaurant served fresh salads and delicious meals at a reasonable price. Plus, the convenience store in the lobby was a lifesaver after long days exploring. Great rooms, too-spacious and with a wonderful city view!

Everything was mostly fine, but the spring bed could use an upgrade for a better night's sleep. Still, it didn't overshadow the overall experience!

Excellent location near the airport and bus terminal for those who need to take buses to different parts of the island.

great amenities but room could use freshening up

The hotel's sauna and bathhouse on the second floor were a good surprise . I thoroughly enjoyed the warm dipping pools and the option for a paid scrub service, which enhanced my relaxation. The view from my room of the city was a charming touch was good.

I had a good stay for 2 nights in a Korean-Style Premier Family Room. the warm dipping pools were a real treat, even though I missed having Netflix. I'd definitely come back.

Upon arrival, my mini fridge wasn't cold, disappointing after unpacking. The bathroom had some mold. The shower holder wouldn't hold in one place.
